What can you bring? Bags and rules

At Forest National in Brussels, you can only bring a handbag or backpack up to A4 size (21 x 30 x 10 cm) inside. A larger backpack or bag goes in a locker. There is no coat check, so your coat goes in a locker too, and you can open it during the entire show. Read more about the lockers, smoking and pets on the practical information page. Bags and backpacks

You can bring a handbag or backpack of up to 21 x 30 x 10 cm, about the size of an A4 sheet. Larger backpacks, luggage and other large bags are not allowed inside.

Need a larger bag or medication for medical reasons?

Medication for your own use is allowed inside. For a larger bag, needles, liquids or a device to administer medication, contact the Customer Experience Center in advance so we can prepare for your visit. What is not allowed inside?

These items are not allowed inside:

Bottles, cans, drinks or food
Alcohol
Cutlery, glass (perfume) bottles, aerosol cans (such as deodorants)
Flagpoles, (extendable) selfie sticks
Fireworks, sharp objects
Umbrellas
Audio recording devices, film and photo cameras (with detachable lens)
Electric bike batteries

Smartphones with a camera are allowed, unless the organizer prohibits their use. Empty drinking bottles are not allowed either, unless we announce otherwise for your event.

Security check at the entrance

You may be searched at the entrance. By entering the venue, you agree to this. The list of prohibited items is not complete: the artist or organizer can ask for stricter rules. If you do not follow the rules, you may be refused entry and the police may be called. Be•at is not liable for theft or loss of what you bring.

Can you bring a backpack to Forest National?

Yes, if it is no larger than 21 x 30 x 10 cm (A4 size). A larger backpack is not allowed inside, but you can store it in a locker.

Can you bring water or food to Forest National?

No, bottles, cans, drinks and food are not allowed inside, and that includes water. An empty drinking bottle is not allowed either, unless we announce otherwise for your event. You can buy drinks and food at the bars and sales stands in the foyer.
