Attention! Your admission ticket alone is not sufficient as a travel ticket for STIB. You must apply for an Event Pass separately.
How to apply for an Event Pass
You will receive a STIB code by email no later than 7 days before the event.
Didn't receive the code? Request it here.Go to a GO vending machine. You will find them in every metro station and at the STIB tram and bus stops above ground.
Follow the instructions on the screen.
You can pick up your Event Pass from the GO vending machines 3 days before the event. The Event Pass is obligatory on public transport and must always be shown together with the concert ticket.
