Ticket prices with/without extra costs
The ticket prices listed on our website are the prices you actually pay when ordering online. These prices include the costs for online payment, the service costs, the costs for the delivery of electronic tickets and also the contribution for the free use of public transport.
For both online and telephone reservations, you have the choice of receiving your tickets as an e-ticket or as a paper ticket. For paper tickets, however, additional shipping costs will still be charged.
For telephone reservations, you must take into account an additional call cost of 0.30 euros per minute.
When purchasing tickets at the box office, you pay an extra 2 euros per ticket.
For a small extra charge of 3 euros per ticket, you can take out cancellation insurance for your complete reservation. If, just before the event, you are confronted with a setback that prevents you from attending, this insurance will refund your tickets.
Be aware of ticketing fraud
For most events, tickets will be sent by Tele Ticket Service at the earliest 4 weeks before the event itself. The main reason for this measure is the fight against ticketing fraud and the black market. By delivering the tickets only 4 weeks before the event, resale at extremely high prices on the black market is being impeded.
Do not buy tickets from third parties reselling tickets at higher prices. Tickets bought from ticket resellers are often fake and give no guarantee of access to the venue.
Resale of tickets at exorbitant prices is illegal in Belgium. Facilitation hereof via a website is prosecutable. Any person offering excessively purchased ticket for resale via these concerned websites risks to be prosecuted in court.

Visitors with a disability
All venues of the Sportpaleis Group are equipped for the reception of disabled visitors. We strive to welcome you as best we can and to let you enjoy a concert, show or sports competition in the best conditions.
Please request your seats by telephone at 03/400.00.34 (from abroad +32.3.400.00.34), available from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and from 1.30 p.m. to 6.00 p.m., or by sending an mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and clearly mention that you are a visitor with a disability (e.g. that you are travelling in a wheelchair). This way we can make the right booking for you. Even those who do not use a wheelchair can have specific needs. So when requesting tickets, always indicate exactly what your needs are, so that we can provide you with the best possible service.
A special entrance is provided for people with reduced mobility. It is located to the left of the main entrance. The volunteers of Humanity Help Team will accompany you to your place where you can settle down at your ease with your companion. In addition, parking spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility are located near Forest National, on Avenue Victor Rousseau (to the left of the building).
In Forest National there are reserved places for wheelchair users and the person accompanying them. These places, like those of all other price categories, are limited in number. So don’t hesitate to book your place right away! There is room for one escort per wheelchair user. Tele Ticket Service will be happy to check whether exceptions are possible to place families together, for example, but unfortunately (and certainly for larger groups) this is not always possible.
For safety reasons it is not possible to provide places for wheelchair users on the central square.
If there is a need for a deaf interpreter, you must take care of this yourself, unless an organizing party would be responsible for this and made prior arrangements with Tele Ticket Service, the actual organizer or the hall managers (for example, by having seats recorded and a temporary ring loop provided).
If you would like to attend an event with a guide dog for the blind, please contact the administrative department of the Sportpaleis Group.
